My name is Matt Frittitta and I have been earning the trust of my clients for the past 25 years. Licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Weatherization Inspector, Real Estate Broker and Home Inspector, I look forward to putting my skills and expertise to work for you.
With a firm commitment to delivering the highest-quality end product to my clients, I tailor my service to ensure your experience is a positive one. I spend as much time as it takes for a thorough observation of your entire property. Before the conclusion of your inspection, we will both be confident—you, in your understanding of the home you’re purchasing, and I, in knowing you are better prepared to make an investment decision.
It is important to know that I am fully insured, and the only Inspector working for Above Grade Home Inspection. I answer the phone. I personally perform each inspection. I answer your questions—before, during and after the inspection—and I create your report. Big shoes to fill, but it guarantees the consistency and quality you deserve.
